- Innovation Leadership: Spearhead R&D initiatives and pilot programs that prepare the organization for the demands of 2026 and beyond.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with C-suite executives and department heads to ensure cohesive execution of strategic initiatives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Present complex strategic concepts to diverse audiences, including investors and board members, ensuring buy-in and alignment.
Qualifications
