Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to align technology initiatives with long-term business goals.
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of complex, scalable systems using modern cloud-native technologies.
- Innovation Strategy: Research and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Edge IoT) for potential integration.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and investors.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the engineering department.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all systems adhere to the highest standards of data security and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Cloud Expertise: Deep proficiency in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform architecture.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts and adapt infrastructure accordingly.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges in high-scale environments.
