Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate a comprehensive 5-year technological vision and 2026 roadmap for the organization.
- Identify emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Blockchain) and evaluate their potential impact on business models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to translate technical capabilities into commercial value.
- Oversee the implementation of enterprise-wide digital transformation strategies.
- Monitor industry trends to provide forward-looking insights to the Board of Directors.
- Establish partnerships with key technology vendors and research institutions.
- Lead internal workshops to foster a culture of innovation and agility.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, consulting, or executive leadership roles.
- Proven track record of defining long-term strategic visions for large-scale enterprises.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their commercial applications.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting to diverse audiences including technical teams and non-technical executives.
- Relevant MBA or advanced degree in Technology Management, Business, or Computer Science.
- Experience in the FinTech or SaaS sectors is highly preferred.
