- System Design: Architect robust, high-availability systems capable of handling exponential growth.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Trend Analysis: Research and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing readiness, advanced edge AI) to prepare for the 2026 landscape.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and business units to align technical strategy with company goals.
- Security & Compliance: Implement enterprise-grade security protocols to protect future assets.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership or architecture role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of planning long-term technical roadmaps and executing complex transitions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Certification: AWS Solutions Architect Professional or equivalent is highly preferred.
