Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for technology adoption, identifying key milestones and deliverables leading up to the 2026 fiscal year.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Conduct rigorous research and proof-of-concepts (PoCs) for emerging technologies including Generative AI 3.0, Neuro-computing, and Quantum-ready architectures.
- System Architecture Design: Design scalable, resilient, and future-proof system architectures that can withstand the rapid evolution of tech stacks.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives and engineering leads to translate complex future trends into actionable business strategies.
- Talent Acquisition & Mentorship: Recruit top-tier talent capable of operating at the bleeding edge of technology.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or product strategy, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of successfully forecasting industry trends and implementing long-term technical roadmaps.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), distributed systems, and modern programming paradigms.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to non-existent or nascent technologies today.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
