Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap for technology and operations.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to anticipate shifts in consumer behavior and competitive landscapes.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align engineering, marketing, and sales teams on future goals.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Blockchain) and assess their potential impact on business models.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives and adjust course as needed.
- Present quarterly forecasts and strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or technology operations.
- Proven track record of developing long-term roadmaps (5+ years horizon).
- Advanced degree (MBA or MSc) in Business Administration, Technology Management, or a related field.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets into clear strategic insights.
- Strong leadership presence and experience managing diverse, high-performing teams.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
