Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Collaborate with C-Suite executives to create a comprehensive 3-year operational roadmap, identifying key milestones and strategic priorities.
- Operational Excellence: Design and implement scalable operational frameworks that streamline processes, reduce friction, and drive efficiency across all departments.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive analysis of emerging trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decision-making and future-proof our business model.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead high-performance teams in Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure alignment on long-term goals and quarterly deliverables.

Qualifications
