Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Roadmap, translating executive vision into actionable, measurable operational plans.
- Orchestrate cross-functional initiatives involving R&D, Product, and Sales to ensure seamless alignment.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with long-term strategic projects, maintaining project health through complex timelines.
- Establish robust KPI frameworks to track the progress of the 2026 Initiative and report findings to the Board of Directors.
- Lead high-stakes negotiations with key stakeholders and external partners to secure resources for critical milestones.
- Foster a culture of innovation and agility, encouraging teams to experiment with new methodologies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic operations, project management, or business development within a high-growth tech environment.
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale strategic transformations or complex product launches.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable strategies.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Proven ability to influence senior leadership and manage upwards effectively.
- Experience in the technology sector, specifically within AI or Software Development, is highly preferred.
