Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical strategy for Nexus Future Labs leading up to 2026, ensuring alignment with global sustainability and AI goals.
- Lead the architectural design of scalable, high-performance systems capable of handling next-gen data loads.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Mentor and guide a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Oversee the integration of Generative AI and predictive analytics into core business operations.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with emerging technologies before they impact the roadmap.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure the company remains at the forefront of technological advancement.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or product management with a focus on future-tech trends.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects and cross-functional teams.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong understanding of data privacy, security, and ethical AI implementation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment is a major plus.
