Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional sprints integrating blockchain, AR/VR, and biotech convergence
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for disruptive tech adoption curves
- Drive patent strategy and intellectual property portfolio expansion
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with ESG and UN SDG targets
- Mentor next-gen futurists through our Future Leaders incubation program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic planning with 5+ in emerging technology ecosystems
- Proven track record of launching category-defining products post-2020
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFCS preferred)
- Deep expertise in Web3.0 infrastructure and quantum computing applications
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or MIT Tech Review
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
