Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation management or product development leadership
- Proven track record scaling technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, Web3, biotech)
- Strong financial acumen for portfolio management and ROI analysis
- Experience with global innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, EU, Asia)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
