Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the 2026 Technology Vision aligned with company growth targets.
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives focusing on AI, Quantum Computing, and Next-Gen Interfaces.
- Conduct market analysis to identify disruptive technologies that will define the industry landscape.
- Establish strategic partnerships with leading tech innovators and academic institutions.
- Drive the adoption of scalable infrastructure that supports long-term scalability.
- Present complex technical roadmaps to the C-suite and executive board.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic technology roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically Generative AI and Web3.
- Proven ability to translate technical jargon into business value propositions.
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets.
- Strong network within the tech innovation ecosystem.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
