Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Vision: Lead the creation of a comprehensive 3-year innovation roadmap, identifying high-impact technologies such as Generative AI, Quantum Readiness, and Autonomous Systems.
- Emerging Technology Analysis: Continuously monitor global tech trends to assess their relevance and potential impact on the industry, providing actionable insights to the executive board.
- Innovation Lab Management: Oversee the internal innovation lab, prototyping new solutions and testing disruptive business models in a controlled environment.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to translate strategic goals into technical specifications and agile execution plans.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment across all levels of the organization.
- Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate relationships with key technology partners, startups, and research institutions to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Metric-Driven Strategy: Establish KPIs and success metrics for innovation initiatives to measure ROI and impact on business growth.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree (MBA) is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Tech Fluency: Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI/ML, Blockchain, IoT) and their commercial applications in a B2B context.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformation initiatives and defining long-term product visions.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to lead diverse teams, inspire innovation, and manage conflict effectively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to C-suite executives and boards.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and pivot strategies based on market feedback.
