- Define the 2026 Vision: Create and execute a comprehensive strategic roadmap that aligns cutting-edge research with business objectives for the year 2026 and beyond.
- R&D Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams in exploring breakthrough technologies, including Generative AI, Autonomous Systems, and Quantum Leap solutions.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis of global tech trends to identify white-space opportunities and potential disruptors.
- Pilot Programs: Oversee the design and implementation of high-potential pilot programs to validate new technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts and future strategies to C-level executives and board members with clarity and persuasion.
- Talent Development: Mentor and recruit top-tier talent, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the R&D division.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Product Management, or R&D leadership within the technology sector.
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum Computing) and their potential applications in 2026.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of successfully launching products or initiatives 3-5 years in advance of the market.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex future-tech concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Location: Must be willing to work from our Austin, TX headquarters.
