Responsibilities
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of emerging technologies to forecast market trends relevant to our 2026 roadmap.
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives, bridging the gap between technical feasibility and business value.
- Develop and present whitepapers and strategic proposals to the C-Suite and Board of Directors.
- Collaborate with product management to integrate long-term innovation into quarterly roadmaps.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with disruptive technologies entering the market.
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous innovation within the team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting.
- Advanced degree (MBA or MS) in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading innovation projects from ideation to execution.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies.
- Strong leadership presence and excellent communication skills.
- Experience with emerging tech stack (e.g., GenAI, Blockchain, IoT) is highly preferred.
