Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market trends through 2030
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks including scenario planning and trend impact analysis
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Architect cross-functional innovation sprints focused on 2026-2030 technology adoption curves
- Establish and nurture a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Integrate foresight methodologies into product development lifecycle and corporate strategy
- Lead organizational change management initiatives to embed future-oriented thinking across all departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, spatial computing)
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities with portfolio of published foresight work
- Deep understanding of socioeconomic megatrends and their technological implications
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation initiatives
- Strong data storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists) preferred
