Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and market inflection points
- Produce actionable insights reports on AI, quantum computing, bio-tech, and sustainability megatrends
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into product innovation roadmaps
- Establish early-warning systems for emerging risks and paradigm shifts
- Present strategic narratives to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Advanced degree in strategic foresight, technology management, or related field
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience developing long-term (>5 year) strategic roadmaps
- Certification in futures research (e.g., CFTR) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful foresight-to-strategy translation
