- Develop and execute the 2026 technology foresight strategy, identifying disruptive trends across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating future scenarios into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers to pioneer 2026-ready solutions
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite executives and board members, securing buy-in for transformative initiatives
- Author industry-defining white papers and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation for 2026 pilot projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of successfully launching future-oriented products with $100M+ impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI, etc.)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical discipline
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (Nature, MIT Tech Review, etc.)
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ members during exponential growth phases
