Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create a comprehensive technical roadmap for the 2026 fiscal year, aligning emerging tech trends with business objectives.
- Predictive Architecture: Design scalable system architectures capable of handling next-generation AI workloads and predictive analytics.
- Emerging Tech Evaluation: Research and evaluate breakthrough technologies (Quantum, Neuromorphic Computing) for potential integration into our ecosystem.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and forward-thinking engineering.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical visions to C-suite executives and non-technical stakeholders to secure buy-in for high-risk initiatives.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the migration and optimization of legacy systems to ensure zero-downtime transitions into future frameworks.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership or engineering management role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in AI/ML, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and distributed systems.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale technology transformations and defining long-term product roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, from developers to investors.
- Future-Proofing: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts and adapt architectural strategies accordingly.
