Responsibilities

- Lead the technical strategy for major product launches and infrastructure upgrades.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to define long-term innovation objectives.
- Oversee proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives for cutting-edge solutions.
- Manage a team of senior engineers and strategists to drive execution.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Software Architecture.
- Proven track record of planning for long-term (3-5 year) tech horizons.
- Deep understanding of AI evolution and next-gen computing paradigms.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Experience in the Fintech or SaaS industry is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills to translate complex tech visions for stakeholders.
