- Lead cross-functional foresight initiatives integrating AI, climate, and geopolitical factors
- Maintain proprietary database of disruptive signals and weak signals
- Present strategic recommendations to board-level stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation roles
- Expertise in scenario planning and systems thinking methodologies
- Proven ability to translate complex data into executive narratives
- Strong proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Trend Hunter, Gartner)
