Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive 3-year technology roadmap focused on AI integration and scalability.
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and piloting next-generation technologies (e.g., LLMs, predictive analytics).
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with broader business goals.
- Oversee the modernization of legacy systems to ensure seamless interoperability with emerging tech stacks.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or strategic technology leadership.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale technical projects and high-performing teams.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Large Language Models.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps practices.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
