Responsibilities
- Design and implement next-generation system architectures integrating Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) with quantum computing frameworks.
- Lead the technical strategy for the '2026 Transition', defining protocols for post-silicon computing environments.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate AI models that predict and adapt to market shifts in real-time.
- Ensure data sovereignty and ethical AI compliance as regulatory standards evolve for 2026.
- Oversee the migration of legacy monolithic systems to decentralized, quantum-resistant distributed ledgers.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and establish best practices for AI safety and quantum error correction.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on AI, Machine Learning, or High-Performance Computing.
- Deep expertise in quantum algorithms (Qiskit, Cirq) and cloud-native infrastructure (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations and digital strategy execution.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related quantitative field (PhD preferred).
- Strong understanding of global regulatory frameworks regarding AI ethics and data privacy.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for C-suite stakeholders.
