Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic technology roadmap for the 2026 release cycle, focusing on Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) integration.
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and developing scalable neural network architectures capable of processing quantum-classical hybrid workloads.
- Identify emerging trends in AI ethics, safety, and regulation to ensure our products remain compliant and responsible.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.

Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role within AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and Reinforcement Learning.
