Responsibilities

- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and C-suite executives to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- R&D Innovation: Spearhead research initiatives into Quantum Computing applications and Generative AI to maintain a competitive edge.
- Talent Development: Mentor high-performing engineering teams and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.

Qualifications
- Extensive Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focusing on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) with a focus on serverless and microservices.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think long-term, with a specific focus on preparing infrastructure for future technological shifts.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
