Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term AI strategy for the 2026 product lifecycle, focusing on scalability and innovation.
- Lead the architectural design of complex machine learning pipelines and neural network infrastructures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and practical, production-grade applications.
- Establish technical standards, best practices, and mentorship programs for the engineering department.
- Oversee the integration of emerging AI technologies (e.g., quantum computing interfaces, advanced NLP) into existing systems.
- Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams through the full software development lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of machine learning theory, deep learning architectures, and natural language processing.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
