- Architecture Design: Design scalable, cloud-native architecture that supports rapid growth and ensures high availability.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and translate business goals into technical strategies.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust cybersecurity measures and ensure compliance with evolving data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices architecture.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term technology strategies and successfully delivering on complex roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical strategies to executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
