Responsibilities
- Smart Contract Engineering: Design, develop, and audit secure smart contracts using Solidity, Rust, or Go.
- DApp Development: Build and optimize high-performance decentralized applications with seamless user experiences.
- Blockchain Integration: Integrate third-party blockchain APIs and wallets (MetaMask, WalletConnect) into web applications.
- Security & Auditing: Implement rigorous security protocols and conduct code reviews to prevent vulnerabilities.
- Scalability: Work on Layer 2 solutions and off-chain storage strategies to optimize gas fees and transaction throughput.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers and contribute to the architectural vision of our Web3 protocols.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years specifically in Web3 or Blockchain development.
- Languages: Deep expertise in Solidity, Rust, or Go, with proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Frameworks: Experience with frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Ethereum development tools (Hardhat, Truffle).
- Protocols: Hands-on experience with Ethereum, Polygon, or Solana ecosystems.
- Security: Strong understanding of cryptographic principles and smart contract security best practices.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
