Qualifications

- Proficiency in Solidity and Rust (specifically for Solana or Substrate).
- Deep understanding of cryptographic principles and consensus mechanisms.
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade decentralized applications.
- Experience with TypeScript, React, and Web3.js/Ethers.js.
