We are looking for a results-driven Senior Technical SEO Specialist to join our elite digital marketing team in New York City. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical audits of the company website to identify and resolve crawlability, indexability, and site speed issues.
- Develop and execute a robust technical SEO strategy to improve organic search rankings and visibility for key target keywords.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement structured data (Schema.org) and optimize site architecture for better user experience and search engine understanding.
- Monitor search performance using Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4, providing actionable insights and reporting on KPIs.
- Optimize page load times and mobile usability to meet Core Web Vitals standards.
- Lead A/B testing for SEO elements and analyze data to refine strategies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Technical SEO, preferably within a fast-paced agency or enterprise environment.
- Deep understanding of Google's Search Central guidelines, including Core Web Vitals and indexing systems.
- Proficiency in using SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable technical improvements.
- Experience working with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, or Drupal) and version control systems (Git).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
