Responsibilities
- Conduct deep-dive technical audits to identify and resolve crawlability, indexability, and usability issues.
- Lead the implementation of Schema.org markup and structured data strategies to enhance rich snippets and visibility.
- Optimize website architecture, internal linking structures, and URL hierarchies for maximum crawl efficiency and keyword targeting.
- Collaborate closely with frontend and backend developers to improve Core Web Vitals and overall page load speeds.
- Monitor Google Search Console and analytics to track performance, diagnose errors, and implement rapid remediation strategies.
- Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates and emerging SEO technologies, including AI-driven search.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Technical SEO with a proven track record of improving organic traffic and rankings.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side rendering (SSR/CSR) concepts.
- Experience with technical SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Search Console.
- Deep understanding of Google's Search Central guidelines and recent algorithm updates.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable technical changes.
- Experience managing large-scale CMS implementations (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, or Headless CMS).
