Responsibilities
- Lead End-to-End Recruitment: Own the full lifecycle of recruiting for high-impact engineering, data science, and product teams.
- Strategic Sourcing: Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify top-tier talent in competitive markets, specifically focusing on VR/AR, AI, and Big Data.
- 2026 Planning: Collaborate with leadership to forecast hiring needs and build talent pipelines for our upcoming 2026 strategic initiatives.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and ensure a seamless interview process.
- Candidate Experience: Deliver a world-class candidate experience that enhances our employer brand and drives conversion rates.
- ATS Optimization: Manage and optimize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track metrics, analyze data, and improve hiring efficiency.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies to ensure we attract the best talent.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment or Talent Acquisition, preferably within the Sports, Media, or Entertainment industries.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical stacks (React, Python, AWS, etc.).
- Sourcing Skills: Proficient in Boolean search, social recruiting, and leveraging advanced ATS features.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
- Drive: A self-starter mentality with a proven track record of filling hard-to-fill roles and meeting aggressive hiring targets.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
