Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for mid to senior-level engineering and product roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (Boolean search, social networking, ATS tools) to build a robust pipeline of passive candidates.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and engineering leads to understand technical requirements and define hiring strategies.
- Interview Process: Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a rigorous and fair selection process.
- Employer Branding: Act as a brand ambassador for Apex Innovations, showcasing our culture and values to the market.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent pools to provide strategic insights to leadership.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably within the SaaS or Tech industry.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and technical roles (Backend, Frontend, Full Stack, DevOps).
- Sourcing Skills: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby, and advanced search techniques.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with C-level executives and technical talent.
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
