Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for mid to senior-level engineering and product roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (Boolean search, social networking, ATS tools) to build a robust pipeline of passive candidates.
  • Client Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and engineering leads to understand technical requirements and define hiring strategies.
  • Interview Process: Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a rigorous and fair selection process.
  • Employer Branding: Act as a brand ambassador for Apex Innovations, showcasing our culture and values to the market.
  • Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent pools to provide strategic insights to leadership.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably within the SaaS or Tech industry.
