Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic recruitment efforts for high-impact technical roles planned for the 2026 fiscal year, focusing on AI, Machine Learning, and Quantum Engineering.
- Build and nurture a robust talent pipeline by proactively sourcing candidates through advanced networking, social media, and industry conferences.
- Collaborate closely with C-suite executives and hiring managers to understand the long-term vision and translate it into effective recruitment strategies.
- Implement cutting-edge sourcing techniques and utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to optimize the candidate experience.
- Develop and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering a culture of innovation, resilience, and high performance.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of salary benchmarks and emerging tech skill sets required for future roles.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in emerging technologies.
- Deep understanding of the 2026 technology landscape, including proficiency in AI, Blockchain, or Augmented Reality.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill technical positions with high-level executive talent.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with C-level executives and senior engineers alike.
- Experience using modern recruiting tools and AI-driven sourcing platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.
