Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for critical Engineering and Product roles.
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and success metrics.
- Conduct compelling interviews and manage the end-to-end offer process.
- Utilize data analytics to optimize sourcing channels and improve hiring velocity.
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to a high-performance culture.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting for software engineering.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill positions and meeting aggressive metrics.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and tech stacks.
- Expertise in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with passive candidates in a competitive market.
