Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for mid-to-senior level roles in Engineering, Product, and Data Science.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, social networking, passive candidate outreach) to build diverse talent pipelines.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to translate business needs into successful candidate personas.
- Manage the candidate lifecycle efficiently, ensuring a world-class candidate experience from screening to offer extension.
- Analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rates) to continuously optimize recruitment processes.
- Collaborate with the People Operations team to refine our employer branding and improve our internal referral programs.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to better understand the technical landscape.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the Software/IT industry.
- Proven success in closing mid-to-senior level roles, demonstrating strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Expert proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Deep understanding of technical domains (e.g., Backend, Frontend, DevOps, Machine Learning).
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities with precision.
