Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle for stadium IT upgrades, including Wi-Fi, LED displays, and ticketing systems.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including vendors, architects, and stadium operations staff.
- Ensure all technical deliverables meet the strict security and reliability standards required for international broadcasting.
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with large-scale event technology deployments.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably within large-scale construction, event management, or telecommunications.
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-million dollar projects.
- PMP or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of stadium infrastructure, broadcast networks, and high-availability systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
