- Innovation & R&D: Spearhead research initiatives and proof-of-concepts for emerging technologies that will define the 2026 landscape.
- Crisis Management: Lead the technical response to high-stakes challenges, ensuring business continuity during critical infrastructure updates.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.

- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and scalable backend systems.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent ability to mentor teams, manage conflicts, and drive high-performance culture.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to C-level executives.
- Future-Forward Thinking: Demonstrated interest in emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, or Web3) and their application in enterprise environments.
