Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Engineering) to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Drive technical decision-making, mentoring junior engineers, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural audits to ensure system integrity and scalability.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Readiness) and assess their applicability to our ecosystem.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in System Architecture, with at least 3 years in a Senior Technical Lead or Architect role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading teams through major digital transformations and infrastructure overhauls.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
