Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of high-scale, distributed systems architecture for our 2026 roadmap projects.
- Technical Strategy: Define technical standards, coding practices, and architectural patterns to ensure maintainability and scalability.
- AI & ML Integration: Lead the integration of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models into core enterprise workflows.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and executives.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural designs meet rigorous security standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and implement optimizations to reduce latency and improve user experience.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Cloud Mastery: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Programming: Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- AI Knowledge: Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and data pipeline architectures.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges and driving technical debt reduction.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate technical strategies to diverse audiences.
