Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Translate abstract business goals into concrete, actionable architectural blueprints and technology roadmaps.
- Lead High-Stakes Projects: Spearhead the development of core infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project deliverables and timelines.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis of emerging technologies to identify competitive advantages and opportunities for disruption.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify potential bottlenecks or technical debt and implement mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven Leadership: Minimum 8 years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or strategic consulting.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and translate complex business problems into technical solutions.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of cloud architectures (AWS/Azure), microservices, and scalable system design.
