Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Vision and Roadmap, aligning it with executive business goals.
- Lead cross-functional strategic planning sessions to identify technology trends and assess their impact on the organization.
- Oversee the budget allocation for future infrastructure projects, ensuring maximum ROI and innovation.
- Collaborate with CTOs and engineering leads to design scalable cloud and AI architectures.
- Monitor industry shifts and emerging tech (Quantum, AR/VR, Edge Computing) to provide strategic recommendations.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and board members.
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, IT architecture, or business consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing long-term technology roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP), AI/ML trends, and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast technology lifecycles and market trends.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
- Experience in the US market with a focus on high-growth tech environments.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
