Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical milestones with long-term business objectives.
- Lead architectural decisions for large-scale cloud migration and AI integration strategies.
- Identify, evaluate, and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Readiness, Advanced Edge Computing) for future adoption.
- Oversee the transition of legacy systems to next-gen microservices architecture.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Executive leadership to drive innovation.
- Establish best practices for cybersecurity and data governance in a distributed environment.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or strategic technology roles.
- Proven track record of long-term strategic planning (5+ year outlook).
- Deep expertise in Cloud Architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps practices.
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning, AI, and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
