Responsibilities
- Architect and define the comprehensive 2026 Technology Strategy and Roadmap.
- Lead Research and Development initiatives in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Collaborate with C-Suite executives to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Oversee the migration to scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud architectures.
- Identify emerging tech trends (e.g., Quantum Computing, Edge AI) and assess their business viability.
- Mentor and build a world-class team of engineers and technical architects.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in software engineering and strategic technology leadership.
- Proven experience in defining and delivering complex technology roadmaps for enterprise-level organizations.
- Deep expertise in AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and DevOps.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation frameworks and emerging tech trends.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
