Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the long-term strategic vision for the company's product ecosystem leading up to and beyond 2026.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for key strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Conduct deep market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify new growth opportunities and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and sales teams to translate strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, communicating complex product strategies to executive leadership and external partners.
- Prioritize features and resources based on business impact and ROI.
- Drive the adoption of agile methodologies to ensure rapid iteration and delivery.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Strategic Planning, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of successfully defining and executing product roadmaps for major releases.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment.
- Experience with strategic tools such as OKRs, SWOT analysis, and roadmap management software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
