The Role:
You will be responsible for translating abstract market signals into concrete product roadmaps. This is a pivotal role that requires a blend of analytical rigor and creative foresight.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the 2026 strategic vision, aligning cross-functional teams on long-term goals.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Define product roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact and strategic fit.
- Collaborate with C-Suite executives to communicate complex strategies and secure buy-in for major initiatives.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation and critical thinking within the planning department.
- Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment on vision and execution timelines.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Strategic Management, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or operations within the technology sector.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering long-term strategic initiatives and managing complex projects.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable insights.
- Strong leadership presence with proven experience managing high-performing teams and cross-functional collaborations.
- Experience in the AI, SaaS, or FinTech industries is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in strategic planning tools and data visualization software.
