Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable backend services for the 2026 Protocol using Go, Rust, and Python.
- Design low-latency data pipelines and optimize database performance for high-throughput environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (AI, Security, Product) to define technical requirements and deliverables.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and observability across all deployed microservices.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and integrate them into the 2026 ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on backend development.
- Deep expertise in Go or Rust with a strong understanding of concurrency and memory management.
- Extensive experience designing distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex, high-scale issues under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
