Responsibilities
- Architect and Develop: Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure software architectures using modern technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define requirements and deliver high-quality products.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous learning within the engineering team.
- Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to improve application speed and user experience.
- DevOps & CI/CD: Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline the deployment process and ensure reliability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on full-stack development.
- Languages: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Go.
- Frontend: Strong experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Backend: Expertise in Node.js, Spring Boot, or Django.
- Database: Solid understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases.
- Cloud: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude toward technical debt.
