Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the 2026 core infrastructure, ensuring scalability and resilience.
- Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architectural patterns across the engineering team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Research) to translate futuristic concepts into deployable software solutions.
- Oversee the integration of advanced AI models into real-time application workflows.
- Perform deep-dive code reviews and technical mentoring to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Identify technical risks early and drive mitigation strategies to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in high-level programming languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- Strong background in Machine Learning operations (MLOps) and data pipeline architecture.
- Experience with spatial computing frameworks (e.g., WebXR, Unity) is a significant plus.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
