Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership: Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and lead the remediation of site architecture, crawl budgets, and indexation issues.
- Strategy Development: Develop and execute data-driven keyword strategies that align with business objectives and user intent.
- Content Optimization: Collaborate with content creators to optimize landing pages, blog posts, and assets for maximum organic impact.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor search performance using Google Search Console and analytics tools, providing actionable insights and monthly reporting.
- Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitor strategies to identify opportunities and gaps in the market.
- Algorithm Adaptation: Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates (e.g., Core Web Vitals, Helpful Content Update) and adjust strategies proactively.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience with a proven track record of increasing organic traffic and conversion rates.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in technical SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console) and web analytics (Google Analytics 4).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Tools: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for code-level optimizations.
